Uncle's Cake - Blueberry Chocolate Cakes

Mom asked me to bake a bunch of cupcakes for uncle, so the whole afternoon I'm loafing around the kitchen. Not sure it's an unfortunate or not, the cake raise very pretty and even this time, but I accidentally put the blueberry extract instead of the vanila. So, it turned out to be the blueberry chocolate cake. But the taste is not bad though...... Hope uncle and the kids will love it.

Teacher's Day special

Here's a order for Teacher's Day. But the buyer only want 10 and she order 1 day before everything. I got so mess up this thing, keep forgeting the ingredient and remix the batter. Fondant too soft because not enuf time to harden it.. Ggggrrrrrr.... and I dun even hav any box that can fix 10 cupcake nicely.

I guess I'm making a rules, minimum order should be 4, 6, 8, or 16. Atleast the box looks nicer! Let's hope that teacher will like the cakes! finger-crossed.
