Something I tried yesterday to make for a small portluck @ fren's place... Introducing you the Peach Jello Cheese Cake. At first wanted to make Strawberries Jello Cheese Cake, but the super ran out of fresh strawberries... Stay tune~ I'll make another round tomorrow - to bring back office! Hahaha.
